I love to draw and paint and would like to start selling my pictures

I have been drawing and painting for a few years now. I would love to start selling my pictures but do not know where to start. If anyone can give me some advice I will deeply appreciate it.

I came across what seems to be a good site the other day. It lets you exhibit your artwork online and other members can rate your work. It is a really good way of getting your artwork seen by others, and is probably a good place to start. It is free to join. http://www.paintingsilove.com/
Also have a search in your local directory or online to see if there are any art groups operating in your area. My area has an amatuer art group that exhibits their work in various locations and offers them for sale.

Thank you for the website. My next task is to take quality photo's of my work to justify them to for the website. I have recently checked my local area and there are a few places that sell local art work from local artists, but not too many. I think the internet might be my better choice of venue for now. I live in a very small community and Thank you for your advice!
