Do people really forgive others mistakes?

Actually it depends on the person how he was brought up .. for me I do forgive but I don't forget , I deal with the person as nothing has happened but I keep in my mind that he had done that mistake at some point of the time

For me it depends on the fault ... if it was small and forgivable I will not hold hate but if it was big one I will never forgive nor forget ...

i think so...i do forgive and forget... but its not easy, really depends on the mistake...if its just a simple one then forgiveness can come very easy and also forgets but if the mistake is something that really hurts you so bad then it may take time to forgive and forget... it takes time but it will come! :-)

Even I easily forgive...Because I never want to create a mess of things with everyone... But for some close people though I forgive but I remember such things to remind them when I have done some mistake...hehhehehehehe... You know keeping the safe side...

I am a forgiving person. I don't hold grudges against other UNLESS a person does something ultimately evil to me or to my loved ones, eg., murder someone really close to me.

Everyone can forgive other people's mistakes, if they really really want to. In some cases, its hard to do so, because of the gravity of the mistake. Some hurt the other person badly. But yes I think people can do so. Because if they do, that's when they will truly achieve the meaning of peace :)

many persons don't forgot others mistake to him. so they are all quarreled for ever. and can't work well. so you must forgive others mistakes. and never angry. why angry to hom. . no one in the world.
