I started blogging and submitted the site to google adsense. Disapproved for "Unacceptable site content". I know there are many publisher networks like bidvertiser,adbrite,chitika,widgetbucks etc. I want a publisher network that has high cpc and it must accept clicks all around the world. Can anyone please specify?
