Some times I get confused based on our lifestyle with indiscreet eating whether we are eating for living or living for eating. It makes some sense if we are eating for living but it is not always the same. How do you justify this? Please respond.

Yes i know many people that tye are living to eat...so normally i think depends from different tastes of people and also their habits till they was children so in many cases they like very much to taste and eat!! AS regard me normally i eat to live and stop!!I am not that people who are waiting so much the time to get your meal or like to eat much more than normal or necessary..so as told may be this is justified by different habits people used to have in realtion to food, traditions or simply passions to do some things or others..

This is an interesting question. I can't really answer this. I am confused. I eat for living that is for sure, but sometimes i feel that I live for eating. I am very fond of food and will be very happy after having a good meal. I will be very greatful if somebody get me my favorite food. Eating my favorite food is also a stress breaker for me.

Yes, you are correct. Good food which is easily digestible will certainly release one's stress. All times we eat to like but some times we feel that we are living to eat. That is common. Thanks for your response.

I am sure that *I* eat to live and NOT the other way around. I eat in order to sustain myself with what I need in order to perform at my best every single day - that is why it is very important to have a healthy diet. I know that there are times when we seem to be living to eat - we work hard, we earn, then we go and spend on lovely, expensive dinners. But that's not simply for the experience and enjoyment of munching good food - it actually does have psychological benefits for relaxation and self reward and such; and all these direct to a better living so that we can do more and do better! Thanks for the response on my discussion!
