Own Car or Public Transport?

we have a car that we use all the time, it runs on water so we save a lot on gas, we still put gas on it but not that much as we used to, like 70% savings on fuel, plus we help save the environment... . sometimes i also commute, when im the only one who's going out. when i go to the city i prefer commuting too, as i always like to walk all over, since i seldom go to the city, i like to window shop, its hard to bring someone with me they will get tired from walking. so taking the public transport is better for me when i do that. when going to school, my kids take public transportation too, its not that its cheaper compared to bringing them to school using the car, its just that their father dont wake up that early to bring them to school.

I use both because I live in two different cities. The city I work in I have to take the bus because I don't have my car there because I didn't want to drive my car the 8 hours to bring it there. My home is in a different city and I have my car there. I fly back and fourth between the two cities.

I own a car to help me go to work. Public transport isn't really helpful and reliable. They show up late or never show up at all. I can't rely on them. It's not that I'm not environment friendly, I don't have a choice here. I can't cycle or walk to work. It's too far.
