What kind of boss do your prefer?

I would like a boss who doesn't talk as much, one that would tell you what to do and leave it at that. Instead of telling you a million times, just once is enough. I'm a very independant person and I don't have to be told a bunch of times how to do something or what to do. That just drives me crazy.

I like the type of boss I have right now. I can count on him to be there to help me, otherwise he just stays out of my way and lets me do my job. I can go to him any time I need anything, but he doesn't try to look over my shoulders all the time like I am two years old either. He knows I know what I am doing, and he trusts my abilities to do what I need to do to handle things, so I really don't see him much throughout the day.
