Black Money Scam....

It was aired in Philippine TV a scamming case by African nationals in our country just recently, their system is the black money system wherein they make their victims believe that by adding a certain chemical , papers can be turned into dollar bills...Have you encountered scamming activities like these in your area?

in their demonstration , it is actually a real dollar bill they use, covered with black substance, it is the the box of papers that they offer for a fee that is nothing but sheets of papers, in my research, this is nothing new in some other countries but for the first time this week, it happened in our country
