So, are they friendly or are they out to destroy us all for being such a violent race?
Remember that old Twilight Zone episode where the aliens come to 'serve mankind'?
The book they gave to the smart guys turned out to be a COOKBOOK! All the while gullible humans are loading up to go on the ultimate cruise. Are we being set up for dinner?....has first contact already occured? Tell me what YOU think is going on at Area 51. Have you seen a UFO, have an abduction story, or are you a sceptic?Any thoughts you have on the Greys or are they little green men? Tell me about it.

I read a LOT of science fiction as well as science fact articles in science fiction magazines. The general consensus is that the distance between the stars is just too great for interstellar travel. Also, that the conditions for intelligent life are so fragile that the possibilities of two intelligent species existing at the same time and close enough to visit one another are pretty astronomical (pun somewhat intended). So I rather doubt that we have been visited.
Yep, serving mankind, with butter and garlic. :-)

Ah yes, different dimensions...
I don't think scientists believe you can travel between them. But it sure makes for great stories...

I have taken so much garlic lately for cholesterol and for a sinus infection...I do smell kinda yummy when I sweat...LOL.
BUT...if they were from one of those several different dimesions that physicists talk about...??? They could be here all around us and we wouldn't even know it...;)

Well come on what would be the point in just turning up and going hi. the us goverment would blow the crap out of it and cut them up. Im sure they are sat there waiting for us to all stop killing each other first before they even think about helping us.

Yea...we do react with fear to things we do not understand. I am just the sort of person who does not accept the status quo. I question things like 'serving mankind' lol.
I think we'd like to think that if there are extra terrestrials that they'd be peaceful and helpful. With all the hate and killing amongst our own species and all. But I don't think we should be putting out the welcome sign just yet. Not without some serious contemplation.

Yea...I forgot about that.
But if my theory is true..and they are fallen angels in disguise (sortof) Then the welcome sign was put out when Eve said HI to that nasty serpent. :)

Nope, i don't believe any UFO is going to come and save all those people. I do believe that Jesus Christ is going to come back. That is the One that they should be getting prepared for. And, they won't need to pack all their suit cases and stuff. Just be ready.

You could have a point there. Too bad there are so many people that are believing in UFO's and willing to "follow" them, and even wait on them, and ??? do they even know what awaits at the other end?

No...they don't. Or they'd not be so willing to take a chance.

I do believe in UFO. There's a lot of sightings of it all over the world and until now it don't stop. I believe that they would not hurt us because if they do why just today? why not on the past decades?

I've never seen a UFO, and I've never been abducted (as far as I know), lol, but I think there is such a thing, just by viewing some of the crop circle photos from England - they're amazing. I've heard that the greys are fallen angels, but that's about all I've heard.

My King James Bible doesn't have the Book of Enoch, but I do believe we are in the last days, by the wars - rumours of wars, lawlessness, greed and such. Sometimes I listen to "Coast to Coast AM" really late at night, and I've heard them speak of the giants, etc., but I just stick with my King James Bible, I'm an old dog, not into new tricks, lol.

No...it's not in the Bible...but was mentioned in the Bible. Some feel that since it is mentioned and quoted in scripture...it is reliable. :)
You'd mentioned that some feel that the greys are fallen angels...and this Book of Enoch seems to support the return in the end times of the fallen angels.

Yes, the Universe is massive. I saw a documentary that said we have found arround 250 planets in other galaxies.
What do you think of the possibility that they are fallen angels...and all the myths of the ancient world are stories of their interaction with mankind?

I really believe in them and think of being an ufologist in future as a part time job. I have so many details about them which will make you really feel impressed and think of them. I will soon create a discussion where I will give all details about their existence. Do one thing, add me as your friend, and keep the post notify on. So when I will post it, you will get notification and then you can come to that discussion. Enjoy!

Love your discussions, Deb!
I find it difficult to believe that we're all there is in this vast Universe. I wonder why people usually think that, if creatures from elsewhere came here, they'd be here to destroy or at least to rule us. I don't see why we couldn't be allies.
Maybe it's because I live in the Bermuda Triangle?

We are a rather arrogant race or is it paranoid in this case?
Thanks again Cobrateacher....love that name....tell us how you came to be called by that?

This paragraph is just explaining a pet peeve of mine, so don't take it as a criticism. It's not meant to be. It's just a general observation regarding those who ask the same question. When asked if I believe in U.F.O.s, my usual answer is "yes". Simply put, U.F.O doesn't stand for "Extra Terrestrial Spacecraft". That would be an E.T.S. U.F.O stands for "Unidentified Flying Object", and that can mean any object in the sky that one cannot readily identify. That's why the question is a pet peeve of mine, since it's so imprecise. The better question would be whether or not one thinks that U.F.O.s are of an extra terrestrial origin or not.
That having been said, I do understand the gist of your question, and am not correcting you, or your question, per se, so please don't take the above the wrong way. As to whether I think that U.F.O.s are extra terrestrial spacecraft, it is a slight possibility that some small few might be. All anyone can say for certain is that many go unexplained, at least for now. To dispute the fact that there are unexplained phenomena would be foolish. To jump to the conclusion that they must come from one source or another is equally foolish. There are U.F.O.s. The fact that they remain unidentified does not mean they don't exist. It simply means that they are unidentified.

No offense taken what so ever. I admire precision. I think our government knows more than it lets on. I believe a lot of things are not as they seem.
Thank you for your response. I appreciate your input.

I've never seen a UFO in my years here in this earth but i am open for any possibilities that there is. The universe is so vast and our planet is just like a grain of sand along the sea shore. Even in our own point of view that our technology is advance but on one knows what lies beyond.

There are those who feel they've been around for all of mankind's existence. What do you think about that? I'm thinking of the Chariots of the God's sort of theory. Any thoughts?

Personally I have never seen anything strange in the sky. Back in the early 80's my grandmother saw a large metallic disc cruise slowly over her house in the Foothills and she was very frightened by it. It was late at night, and it was close enough for some light from a street lamp to reflect off part of the bottom. She said she was able to make out the shape because it blocked out the stars in a large circular pattern. A hallucination? Was it an alien craft? A weather balloon??? I really don't know. But my grandma swore this happened and I believe her.

yes i do believe in ufo's and i think they are present somewhere in the space and watching us very closely. i don't think they will attack us, i mean i don't know if they will attack us but i think they are there and watching us. we should be prepared for them.

Prepared for what? If they are what I think they are...fallen angels in disguise...how do you prepare for that? If they ARE extra terrestrials...are we to trust them as benevolent? And if we are wrong and they are malevolent...how could we EVER fight them effectivley?
