What mature do you like to eat steak?

What mature do you like to eat steak? I like to eat 8 mature, so many people like to eat following to 7 mature, but not in the habit of me, haha~ It seems to me that 8 mature is most perfect.

I like to eat 5 mature, as the meat will be more delicious. My Chinese friends who like to eat cooked food^_^
