When you travel, which do you prefer to have in your bag? A bottle of water or your favorite energy drink? Which do you find more effective? Why? Do you consider switching to the other?

Both water and energy drink is with me when traveling. Water to keep us from thirst and cleansing us. It is the most important liquid that we have to take because our body is made up of water. Energy drink if needed to keep you awake if you wanted to keep yourself energize and to lessen the stress or tired of traveling especially if it is long travel. Much more on water, and it keeps me feels good.

I"ll take water. My hubby drinks those energy drinks sometimes. I don't like the way they smell, so I know I couldn't choke one down again. The one time I did, I got the shakes.

I like to have a bottle of mineral water when I travel. It can be tap water if that happens to be safe to drink. I don't drink energy drinks because they usually have much sugar and additives. The taste of them can be really artifical. I love to drink freshly squeezed fruit juice and think that is a healthy choice when it is available.

Hi ragene. Welcome to mylot! I usually prefer water when I travel. Water is very healthy as well. No added chemicals unlike energy drinks. Also, I can't live without water during meals. Even I already have juice or softdrinks in the table, I always ask for a bottle or glass of water. But when I need an added energy because of my tiring job, then, that's the time when I buy energy drink.

For me i prefer water, it is effective when you drink it, and it helps us to make refreshing feeling and it so affordable, you can add ice if you want much colder in your water when you have a container that contain much water to be safe in drinking.
