I'm cooking beef wellington 900g, how long do I cook it for and at what temperature?
I'm cooking beef wellington tonight, the cut is fillet and it weighs 900g.
How long do I cook it for and at what temperature?

I know 900g is close to 2 lbs. I would cook it at 200 celcius for about 30-35 minutes. you'll have to repost when you're done and let us all know how it turned out. I wish it wasnt almost 1am here, I'd love to go out and cook something on the grill right now.
