Pizza Cheese

I Love making my homemade pizza so i can pick and choose the different kind of cheese i put on for what ever suits my mood. Do you prefer to make homemade pizza and use real cheeses and mix the different kinds (ones lots of pizzerias dont offer), or do you like to get the cheap stuff pizza companies put on the pizza and be satisfied with the low quality?

I like the homemade pizzas. I make my own pizza dough and layer the toppings on with cheese, ground beef, fried onions, green peppers, bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, and maybe some olives for my girlfriend's slices (I don't like those).

When I make my pizzas I try to pick quality ingredients to ensure the taste will be great. If I choose the cheap ingredients and the pizza taste terrible then my money would have been wasted. I'd rather pizza when I go out though because I don't have to stress over it. I just pay and then enjoy. :)
