You may want to determine the best times to work out as well. If you want to lose weight be certain you're losing the right weight. First off what does your overall body image look like? If you are working out heavily and eating right you may be losing fat but gaining muscle. When you weigh yourself be certain to do so only during the time immediately after a strenuous workout, and before you eat or drink again. If you do so first thing in the morning before your workout, the weight will be the most 'real' for you. Of further not, someone mentioned eating several times a day in smaller amounts. This is a good idea. It keeps your metabolism going and you won't be as hungry after a while. Further, if it is weight you wish to lose, focus on aerobic exercises early in the morning before breakfast. The reason for this is that if you eat before you run you aren't doing yourself as much good as you would if you waited till after. The carbohydrates floating free in your system are utilized before stored energy. If you just had a hearty breakfast with reasonable carbs then you'll be running at least twenty minutes before THOSE carbs are out of your system. If you run before eating breakfast then your body will be at a carb low and you'll almost immediately start burning fat stores to try and generate energy. you'll be a little sluggish when you start doing this, but it will pay off by maximizing your work out time. This is one of the reasons we work out first thing in the American Army. It gets us energized for the day, and it allows us to work our bodies harder with less time involved. Once you've gotten your aerobic routine down, then you can start adding in weight lifting to increase your lean muscle mass. This is necessary because you need lean muscle to help you burn fat. You will find that when you start doing this that you will gain wait at first. This is NOT fat weight, this is good muscle weight. It will taper off eventually. A good aerobic exercise if you don't want to run all the time is to go swimming, or use an elliptical machine. Both of these activate far more muscle groups that running alone. The more muscle groups you activate at once the more calories of fat are burned. Keep a constant count of your caloric intake, and measure that against the fact that around 3500 calories is equal to a pound. If you are very active physically multiply your weight by ten-12 and that is how many calories you need to eat per day to maintain your weight at present. Slightly lower this caloric intake and you will slowly lose the weight. don't be in a rush to see it gone, let it fall off naturally with improving good habits and you'll have rock hard abs and sleek sexiness before you know it. However, if you already do all this.. then you may need to see a doctor, as this could be a glandular issue.

First of all, before you resort to taking pills, I would advise you to try out natural means first of losing weight. First things first. I would like to ask for the type of food that you eat. I need to know if you eat a lot simple carbohydrates like rice, potatoes, pasta ( when not cooked al dente), candies, soda, goodies in the grocery aisle with refined sugar as an ingredient? These babies when eaten in excess are stored in your body as fat. As we all know, carbohydrates are the main source of energy. It's okay to take it in moderation. If you don't live a sedentary lifestyle, you will burn these carbs off. But if you exercise, but eat a lot of these refined carbs, chances you won't lose weight even if you exercise. Please check out the link http://www.weightlossforall.com/simple-carbs.htm for advice on these.

I wouldn't be so quick to jump to diet pills. Have you been to the doctor to see if you have hypothyroidism? There could be a medical reason, because if you're working out everyday and gain back your weight quickly, it sounds like you have a slow metabolism. You should check with your doctor/physician and have your thyroid checked out, and also go over diet plans. I wouldn't jump to pills though, they aren't exactly healthy and could even make you worse.

WEIGHT LOSS TIPS: Simply follow four principles in your life and you will be soon reducing your excess fat from your body. 1)When you wake up in the morning don't go for coffee or tea, instead have a bowl of fruit of your choice. 2)Have smaller meals every 2-3 hours in a day, that make something around 6-8 small meals. This will help you stay full and continue to supply energy at regular interval of time. 3)Have your meal according to your days activity eg. if you are doing strenuous activity (exercise, working) go for high protein and carbohydrate food. And if you are sitting idle, chatting around or watching movie go for low protein and carbohydrate meal. 4)Go to bed after 2 hours after having your dinner.Let all the food get digest within these two hours then have a good night sleep. These are very simple steps but very difficult to follow, but if you get with it then you'll never face weight problem.
