Have you got a neck pain when you play the computer?

I dont play the computer but I stay online most of the time and yes it does give me stiff neck if I will not move my neck every once in a while. Coz we are so indulge in what we are doing and forget to move our head that makes our nerves in the neck stiff I guess same goes with playing the computer my advice move your head both ways left and right and and down every now and then to avoid this or you could move it around every 5 minutes or at least every hour this would avoid pain in the neck trust me I just have my stiff neck coz I forgot to do this things lol

I have not experienced having neck pain but I experienced having pain in my eyes and also having head aches after more than five hours of facing the computer.
