Need someone explain to me about linkbucks.com?

I have instal linkbucks.com for 1 month in my blog, and I get traffic and visitor that click the ads but I dont get earn money, someone can tell me about this site? Scam or trust this site? or there something else that I have to do with that ads?

Many people in other forums said that linkbucks.com are really paid its members. I use couple of linkbucks link too on my blog and i'm sure i had many traffics too. But i think something it's nit right there. Per 500 visitors we should be earned $1 right? But when i check my statistic on linkbucks sites, i've just receive $0.03 even i have reach 500 visitors.
