Ciao Payments?

I recieved my first payment from Ciao a few months ago without a problem.
The following month I requested payment and never recieved it. When I went to check on it, it said payment initiated on 12/31/1969.
So I thought maybe that was just a fluke. The following month I requested another payment. Unfortunatly this time I messed up and forgot to change my Paypal address.
I requested payment again last month, and each day I wonder if I'll get it. I just now went to check on it, and again it says payment initiated on 12/31/1969. It's not in my Paypal, and I know for certain they do have my correct Paypal address now.
Have you had a problem getting your Ciao payments?

Ok this seems very weird, you are definitely a member in good standing from what I've seen on the site and the only thing that I can think might have gone wrong is your having changed your paypal address. I received an email from Ciao today saying my payment had gone in, so I checked paypal and it was there. The email came from paypal@ciao-group.com and I get my payment each time I request it with no problems, can I suggest you drop Ciao at line at info@ciao.com to check this out for you. It could be the payments are not going through as you seem to have changed email address so the payment could just be floating around the system with nowhere to go, hope it gets sorted soon. x

I'm sorry to hear that you have not yet received your Ciao payment. When I was active before, I think I cashed out twice and those 2 times were fine. I've not been active lately and hence, I won't be able to cash out. If you are able to email the administrator support or something, I think they will be able to help you.

It is a complete bummer when things like this happen. Fortunately, I only have mylot now and it gives me my money the way they said they would, on time. Cheers!!

Hi Dear, there may be some issues with the site, I also have seen this earlier. But don't worry, this is one of the best sites and they do really pay their members. If you have reached the payout then just wait for a week or so and you will surely get your payment in your account. But make sure which paypal address you have given over there, because the money will be sent there only, check it back again after a week or so, and still you dont receive it, then they might credit your account again with the funds which was earlier.

Hi,Miss.Don't worry about it,the ciao is a reputable company,I have recieved the payments twice.The date maybe is wrong,i don's care about this.And so many people earn money in ciao,we should believe them.
