Are people doom to become sophisticated after entering the society?

It seems that everyone will become sophisticated after entering the society.I mean,people are intend to do things they unwilling to do,agree with something that they actually disagree with just in order to avoid quarreling,talk some fawning words to please the upper-position people.I hate to become that guy.I just want to be real and do things at my will.Maybe all is because I'm an idealist.It seems that it's inevitable to become sophisticated because we have to adapt ourselves to the society.Is there a balance point between to be real and become sophisticated?I'm so confused about this problem and I will graduate and go into the society to find a job two years later.Thank you for your responding.
