ab machines

hey there! i'm trying to get some feedback on "ab-crunching-machines". there are so many out there that i really wanna try, but i'm looking for the one who might deliver the best results. has anyone tried an ab machine that you might recommend???

I am not big on machines unless you are working with a professional such as a personal trainer who can help be sure you are using the correct postures and body positions. There are a lot of good fitness DVDs out there that combine hula or belly dance and so forth with exercise programs that would be a lot more fun.
