I am not sure about the pre-paid card working on pay pal but you could certainly give it a try. An easy legitimate site to make some money on is Gather.com. You just basically share things, and comment on other people's stuff, and you get paid, it is fun and easy.

hi jenny, for paypal concerns, i think you can use a debit card. just check with paypal what will be accredited for your country. that used to be my dilemma. luckily, here in the philippines, they do accept unionbank's eon account which is also a debit card.
