Ways to Loose Weight

What are the best and fast ways to loose weight?? I need your help in this please suggest me some good ways..

Well how much weight are you wanting to lose? For me I just drink plenty water I eat small portions and excercise at least 2 or 3 times a week. I am maintaining my current weight and I feel good about myself. It is never healthy to lose weight quickly your skin will most likely be very flabby and loose if it doesnt have time to shrink down, Im sure you've seen it before. But if you just want to lose 5 pounds in a week or something, you could try one of those body clensing diets for a few days, but make sure you have all of your neccessary nutrients you don't want to cause trauma or damage to you body. Look, there are no such "fast" ways to loose weight. But there are so many effective ways to loose weight. You can go for weight training exercises like cycling, treadmill etc. This will reduce cholesterol, and to some extent fats in your body. Then, the most effective way is regular exercise which strains every single part of body that is fluffy. You will find loads of videos on youtube. Then, a systematic Diet would help you a lot. Oil free food, fat free milk, boiled vegetables, lesser quantity of rice, lesser quantity of sugar.. This will help you..
