Hmmmm, for me i think i would wait until i was sure/had a very good idea he felt the same way. If i just had a crush on him and he totally ignored me most of the time i think i wouldnt even bother saying as it would seem to me pretty obvious what his reastion would be. But if we got on well, and everything i might think about telling him. For me the important thing is that even if the reaction is "Sorry i dont feel the same way" that we will still remain friends. So i would need to be sure of that before i revealed my feelings

Stare at him let him know that you like him, give him a hint. start a conversation with him. you don't have to make it obvious, just talk to him. I hope it works.

if we're already friends then i don't think that it will be difficult for me. i would just get his attention and that's it. i'll show him some positive sides of me. however, of we're not friends, i will just stare at him until he stares at me too. :) if my stare won't capture him, then, i'll just accept the fact that we will just be strangers for the rest of our lives.
