I have had my brothers account deleted ....... need some suggestion

Me and my brother were using the same computer. Recently I was updating my profile and there I came across the tab account affiliations which was new. So I updated it with my brother's account id and paypal information. And I thought that I had to update my paypal id also to the same id as my brothers as I have declared in the account affiliations. I went ahead and did that and now my brother's account have been set to inactive. Is there a way to contact the admin and tell him about this? The contact link at the bottom of the page says I can't vouch for another user as it will slow down the process and also it does not have any link to contact the admin. So what is the best way out of this? I need good suggestion from experienced and senior mylotters and also from people who has faced similar problems in the past and have managed to get back their account. People who are not very knowledgeable about this issue please do not respond as I am in real trouble and feeling very guilty about this.
