It does come to a bit of a surprise that England is out of the T20 tournament, but then again, they did not realy perform well throughout the series.
On the other hand, West Indies had a few good games and deserves to be in the semis. Who will go through from the other group???
Congrats to all the teams who made it to the semis so far... Lets see what happens from here...one game lost and youre out.

Why should you be surprised Beertjie West Indies was the underdog because of what happened in the just concluded series with England but as I talked in another discussion before that the guys are showing the determination that they want this cup and so they are going to win it. As for England this goes to show that the last rain affect match here in the Caribbean if it was not for that mixed up with the D/W system they would have not gotten that one day series. Well we first put the nail in Australia and unfortunately we have to beat my next favourite team India to go through. As for England Pakistan was very stupid to have allowed them to beat them after the netherlands show that England is not that all great in Cricket. But this is cricket and we are tired of being the underdog in cricket.

You are right, West Indies did show very good and concistent performance in this tournament. I am not surprised that they are through to the semis, I just make these comments to silent those who had too much to say at the start of the tournament.
We should not write any team off before they are permanently out of it. If they are still in the tournament, they have a chance at the cup.
I still root fot my team, SA, but I am realistic that any team can show up on the day and win a game, putting the opposition out of it.
I wish your team all the best.
Blessings

I am not surprised that England were knocked out of the tournament. The rain did help West Indies no doubt, even then they played well to win. Gayle gave them the perfect start, but those two ducks would have had Englands tails up. Any way Sarwan and Chanderpaul finished things off well. England were just average throughout the tournament, they won a few matches, but with no real conviction. West Indies on the other hand have played top class cricket and really deserve the semi final berth. Anyway now is the time to perform, lets see who emerges as the champion this time. All the best to all those involved in the semies!
