What was the last time you look at the mirror on your body?

On last month, I tuck up my shirt, and take a good look at my tummy on the mirror. It just incredibly fat. I don't know how much I gain, but I vow to shrink it as fast as possible. A month later, I did the same, my tummy just remain the same. Honestly, on the first few days, I really did some exercise, and sweat a little. After those days, I slow down my exercise routine, and everything back to the same routine. The problem is that I don't have stronger will to accomplish what I vowed for before. How many of you actually successfully reduce your weight?
