best simple and cheap exercise bikes

I am in need of a simple exercise bike. I recently bought a shwinn bike to use however it broke within a few weeks due to the inability to change the resistance levels on it. I was quite disappointed with it and I was wondering if anyone knew any cheap models under around 150 dollars. I would prefer one with manual resistance that did not use a computer either. Any suggestions?
