Looking for a new recipe using rhubarb

I have a huge amount of rhubarb in the yard and I have a few recipes that I like but I want something a little different. Anyone with a fairly easy cake recipe (I do not have a lot of time for baking but I love to do it whenever possible).I am looking for a chocolate cake that uses the rhubarb. Can any of my friends at Mylot help me?

Hello Purple and welcome to myLot. Rhubarb and chocolate cake sounds really good. I don't have a recipe but you might try cooking the rhubarb until it is almost done and adding it to a chocolate cake recipe. I put a can of pie cherries in a brownie mix a while back and it was soooo good. I left out the water the box called for. You might try make a chocolate cake like a carrot cake using raw rhubarb and adding some baking soda because of the fruit.
