keeping silent means that the other person is right...?

when you you are discussing something.. people say something that it's not true and you keep in silence.. means.. that they are right.. ..// in some cases I was so angry for ridiculous things that people say that.. just don't care about that.. because I know that it's not like that...
What do you think about that ?

Sometimes, people are just so pig-headed that its really not worth the effort of trying to put a different point of view across because they are never going to see beyond their own thoughts - or there are times when the subject under discussion doesn't seem that important and I may not have any strong opinion. Keeping silent doesn't mean the other person is right.
