The Brazil vs Egypt match in the ongoing Confederations Cup in South Africa was really a cracker. Brazil was lucky to have got that late penalty to clinch the total three points at stake. Poor Egyptians; they didn't deserve to lose. I strongly feel that a draw would have been a better outcome of the game judging from the way the Egyptians matched their Brazilian counterparts booth for booth. Well, I strongly feel Brazil was just lucky but at the end of the day the Egyptians gave a good account of themselves.

What I find fascinating in the ongoing Confederations Cup in South Africa is the unpredictability of every match. If the USA could stop the high flying Spanish team, Brazil should better beware because everything and anything is possible! I'll be happy with another upset to prove the bookmakers wrong.

Yeah, you're right.
I'm a brazilian supporter myself, but looking at the way they played I must say that I thought Egypt were very good.
If not for that stupid hand-ball by al Muhamadi, I might not have been very sad that Brazil couldn't win.
But the way Muhamadi cheated was a disgrace to the brilliance of Egypt that day (remember the way he clutched his head after handling the ball..........pathetic!!!)

It's annoying when players cheat or deliberately try to mislead the match officials. Well, justice was done for the center referee had a good judgement of and applied the right sanctions; red card to Al Muhamadi and a penalty kick (which was converted by Kaka, although it wasn't a great kick) to Brazil.
