What do you recommend? Is it a good idea?

Hey MyLotters!! You having a good day? If you are then that's AWESOME!! Okay, I have been having this idea of making a blog for a few days. What will it be about? Well, of course it will be about how YOU! can make money online! But wait, that's not all there is to this blog, this blog will also talk about happenings in my life, like what I'm feeling, events that have happened that day, and my interests and others things related to me as well. Do you think this is a good idea? or is it just another one of those regular blogs that will barely get any traffic at all? I'm pretty sure this is a common thing for a blog. Anyways, what do you recommend the blog host to be? Blogger.com? or wordpress.com? what do you think? Thanks in advance for reading and the responses! Feel free to criticize me!

Okay, that's a nice idea. But it will be more a personal blog than about making money online!! I want to know your primary purpose for starting a blog. Do you want to make dollars from it or just fun blogging?? If its money, then I suggest choose some hot topics that might attract people. And regarding host, I've been using Blogger for over 4 years. Blogger and Wordpress both have their own different scopes. Though it is easier to add scripts and other stuff in blogger easily.
