what makes you get excited

my question is i want to know what gives people young and old have an adrenaline rush today i mean very few things in life make us truly happy right? and what makes it about that certain thing that gets you so excited. esxample when i was 16 one of my friends snuck out of her room to go meet her boyfriend and she said it was an adrenaline ruch cause that fact she could get caught any secound. But when i did it i was stand outside my bedroom window like i dont get it lol.

what makes me excited is the thought of happiness that I am seeing the love of my life. That i will do things together with my friends that I had not seen for a long time. To visit a place I am wanted to see. What really makes us excited is the thought of longing to do things and see someone in front of our two eyes, it is a happy feeling, but I know there is a much better meaning for the term excitement.

Oh thats true everyone gets excited when they are in happy moments in life. I feel very excited when i am very happy. When i succeed in any task which i am committed for then i feel i am very happy all most excited and everyone can see long lasting smile on my face. I am satisfied with what i have till now but i am human so may be my wants will be growing as i grow. I will be even more excited when i think of getting perfection in my life.
When i was in my college, i had almost had most of the excitement in those days. I was very bubbly during that time and had spent my college days with more happier moments. I had many friends and we use to spent the days very happily and with more excitement.
