Nomincashout.com is back again???

I cannot believe when i just try to open nomincashout.com,i saw it has back again and start their site back.My account still at there and not delete.I dont know why they come back.Are they try to be a scam again or something else good happen?Do you know about this?Will you still be their member and click their ads?

Oh really?I see someone post their discussion about they got payment from nomincashout.Have you get your payment now.Please message me back if you get it.I feel unbelieveable about this.I also have $2.00 in my nomincashout's acoount.Thank you for response on my discussion.

I feel that nomincashout is unstable at the moment. I have been paid once. This was around the changes. Even though they have paid me, I have not put them on my blog. In my eyes, they don't deserve the right to be on there.
The reasons why they don't deserve the right to be on my blog is, the site has been getting hacked alot. They have changed the way of how people get paid. Meaning you have to pay them $1.99 to get the second payment and onwards. I have also encountered a nasty message on the site. I don't think it would have been the admin itself, but it doesn't matter who did the nasty message, the message has damaged the site's reputation.
Since the nasty message, I have not gone back there. I will be happy to have my account deleted regardless of have $1 in the account. It doesn't worry me because I have been paid 33 cents from the first payment.

luckily I never lost any money from them but my cashout balance disappeared several times. They became a scam real fast. Please don't join or continue to support this site. the forum has now closed after the admin said he gave up on the site He claims hackers then quits without refunding or paying anyone. SCAM!!

This site is a BIG SCAM.....Stay as far as possible....
This site was launched in FEB. Then this was paying. I got paid 2 times from them.
As the members increase at the site...they started changing their TOS frequently(In favour of the site's ADMIN).......The site was upgraded nearly 2 times....& many members balance was reduced without citing any reason...
Now,the condition is even more worse.....they've stopped payment totally.....Don't be influenced by looking at the PAYMENT PROOFS......
