Recently, I often dream a nightmare at night. When I wake up I feel uncomfortable and tired. In the nightmares I saw someone doing terrible things or I was doing something bad.So I hate having nightmares and I don't want to see some bad things.
Do you often have a nightmare? What did you feel after you woke up?

No, I don't have a lot of nightmares. There are nights, when I do wake up, almost jumping out of my bed, because I had a nightmare, but I don't think that it happens all that often. The fact that it doesn't happen often is a good thing for me. It's definitely not a bad thing.

I seldom dreaming while sleeping. But sometimes i got nightmare. Not very oftenly. I think it could once within one or two months. I usually praying before go asleep so my mind and brain could relax and set all the loads free. I think it's a good self-theraphy which everyone can do. It's all about our mindset. Positive thinking people usually seldom got nightmare. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

i remember a lot of dreams for a little while after i wake up (i think everybody dreams every night but some people don't remember them). i don't get nightmares very often, when i do it seems to be when i'm worried about something although the nightmare might seem to be about something completely different. i feel relieved when i wake up if i thought the nightmare was real (sometimes i know i'm dreaming and sometimes i don't, with nightmares i usually don't). what may help if you are worried about something is to decide on a plan to deal with it in the morning before you go to sleep. perhaps then you can relax and your subconscious doesn't have to deal with that problem. hope this helps.
