Do you like to walk on the road when it is hot?

I stay indoors when it's freakishly hot outside. I just don't like feeling so sweaty, & I really hate skin darkening.

I always carry an umbrella when it is hot. But in my line of work even if it is very hot we could not use an umbrella. So what I do is put on sunblock on my face, neck and ears. Wear a lip balm with SPF 15 and I also wear a jacket or long sleeves.

I never willing to go outside if the weather is so hot. Especially on a scorcher day. Having too much sun beam is bad for our health. Meanwhile, having enough sun beam is worth as natural vitamin D. I always bring my umbrella. I use it for protect myself from the hot sun beam or rains. But i never expecting to go out if the weather is unfriendly. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.
