you can verify using debit card also but your bank should support this or you can have virutal credit card at 111card[dot]com

U should have credit card or debit card in order to verify ur account at PayPal.There is no other way to verify....I'm using debit card with zero balace....

If you have no credit card then you can also verify account using virtual credit card. I am just inquiring about it how to get it, as one of my friend said he got the card in $7 and verify his account
