I'm an under-graduate now.I decided to have further study after graduation from my current unversity.
In fact,I didn't want to become a post-graduate before. All things in my mind was to graduate and find a decent job.But now I change my mind, because the interest in English( English is my major) and I want to be an interpreter in the future. So I think maybe I need to have further study and enough practice to prepare me for my dreamed job.I have no idea if I will be a qualified interpreter, but I will do my best. This will be a long journey and the journey will be full of obstacles and setbacks. But I'm not afaid of difficulties and instead,I will confront with them bravely and passionately. All I have is passion, persistent.I hope I can reach my dream one day.
So do you want to go further study after graduation? Why?~

Well I have already completed graduation and worked for few months but it is not enough at least here in India. I was not even satisfied with my job.
Now I am looking for MCA and waiting for its admission procedure to start studying again as a student otherwise I am also think thinking of doing it part-time so that I can also work somewhere else too.
Because even after MCA it might happen that people ask for experience and if I am taking experience with some small jobs now then it will benefit me in the future.

Hi~rakesh284~!
I support you to pursue what you interested in or do jobs you want to take.
Interst is important in study and working.Once you get interested in something, you will have drive and passion, then the interest can continuously in your way pursue it.I want to say it loud that I'm interested in English,so I determine to learn it well in order to handle and use it with skills. At the same time,I will apply the knowledge I learn to practical use, otherwise the knowledge is nothing.Thank you for your answer.

If only I have the time, which means that without sacrificing my job, then I would love to study Fine Arts in one of the universities here in Cebu. But then again, something is pulling me out of it like I have to work for my family.

My parents really push me to take master degree nest year or in 2 years. But I told them, I only want to take master degree from overseas university, which means a lot of cost while I don't have that much of money right now. If I apply for scholarship, most of it requires 2 years working experience and pass some tests like TOEFL or IELTS or GMAT for business school. I already start looking at GMAT test and found it quite hard since Engslish is not my first language and the Math exam use English terms. Wish me luck next year, cause I will try my best to beat all other applicants for the program. Wanna go to Europe, hopefully I can get there

I graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. Up until December I had a pretty decent job too but I got laid off. I'd love to go back to school if I had the money and the time. I don't think I'd be able to work and go to school, so I'd need to win the lottery or something.
I'm not sure what I'd study though, since I'm not really a big fan of graphic design. I love history and that's probably what I'd go for, focusing on British history, but I don't know what I'd do with the degree, other than teaching.

Hi~!
Now I'm really interested in English,so I want to enhance my knowledge and improve my ability.Maybe someone regard the further study as a waste of time,I though that before, but now I changed.Go further study does not mean I only focus on absorb the theory but I also focus on apply knowledge to daily work.I want to pursue my dream as an interpreter.Although I'm far away from my dream, but I will make effort to get closer and closer.

Having a doctorate degree has always been a dream of mine. The only challenge is to have the financial and cognitive means to achieve this. i highly recommend to everone to find the opportunity to continue your education beyond college. Although, I don't believe that you should take Masteral (or other higher education) straight after college graduation. You should have a few years of industry experience otherwise, it will defeat the purpose of having that graduate education. Its best (if you can manage it) if you can study while working. Not only will this be advantageous to your future application, but it will help you climb that career ladder faster. But it all boils down to where your passion lies. It's also important to plan your career and not be contented with where you are right now.
As for me, I intend to study for my Masters in 3 years. I want to experience all fields of Tourism first. I have yet to decide which area of Tourism do I intend to focus on. Ive already experience working at a hotel and government agency. My interest at the moment is leaning towards R&D on a national development level.

Hi~Thank you for advice.I think it's a pretty one.
I also want to study while working, that means I can pay for my own tuition instead of depending on my parents fiancial support. But I also once I'm in working I would have less time to study or prepare for the further study.

Hi!
I've already graduated and actually have a job right now but if I were given the chance, I would have definitely studied again. It's always a good thing for one to have enough knowledge in his or her chosen field. I graduated with a degree in Psych and would looove to study again. I do hope you get to pursue those dreams so you won't have any regrets in the future.

Hi rosedust82~!Thank you for your answer~!
What I think is the same to you.To be an interpreter, knowledge and practice are both needed,so I hope I can perfact them in my post-graduating studies. It's hardly to reach my dream,or even I can't make it come true.I won't have any regrets in the future,so I have fight for my dream with a passionate heart.

Further study..........
Hello etomaggie, for me I just want to complete what I have started, I was trying to get my degree as a massage therapist but my class was the pits and I have been pretty much stuck to having to learn it on my own. I did graduate from the class so I have my degree in it but now I need to get my license and for that I must take another exam. As for a your further studies in English you should do what will make you happy. If you think you will enjoy being an interpreter then go for it with all your heart and don't allow nothing to stop you. It sounds like you already have a lot of determination and drive. I felt like that about my massage studies in the beginning but after having had such bad experiences with the school right now I just feel like I'm sort of in limbo. I wish for my drive and determination to come back so that I can get down to business and just study and take this exam but I have been procrastinating and putting it off. Anyhow I will get back to it soon. Now that I have a decent study area....... Take care and if you can give me any tips, please do, all are welcomed. May God bless you!

Now you should try to forgot those bad experiences and view massage therapy from d different light. What made you want to get a degree as a massage therapist?Besides, don't regard the coming exam as a burden or a task, treat it as a journey,a wonderful journey that you gradually interested in this field again. And what you should make clear is you unfortunately entered a terrible class, this made you lose drive and determination. So just forget the unhappy experiences and arouse your drive and passion again.I know it's easy to say this, but to be done is much more difficult.Good luch!

I want to study further after i finish my batchelor's degree because i wanted excel my skills even more at the same that i'll get more job oppurtunities as well. But first i'll get a job to save more money for my post-graduate studies because my mother who's already a widow since 2006 could no longer supported my education expenses once i graduated from my university.

I`m a now a postgraduate student now. So I have no choice but to continue my study in the next several years. The reason why I want to further my study because the major that I study cannot enable me to get a decent job and the industry chain have`t formed in my country yet. Therefore, the best choice for me is going on my study and get a doctor degree and hope I have a bright future.
