Where do you find people to chat to?

I lean toward Christian chat rooms. The reason is they are usually heavily monitored for language and subject matter. I don't have any interest in being in a room where people are so uninhibited that they think it's okay to use filthy language and raunchy, sexually explicit descriptions of things only perverts would practice. There were a couple of years that I got up every morning and had coffee with the same people in one of my chat rooms. We talked about everything, our children, the weather, the best recipe for baked bread, our gardens; and of course God if the notion took us.

i use yahoo chat rooms i just go into any of them some times.

I found other people in social networking site and some dating site. I mainly use yahoo messenger but if someones using windows live or other messenger i tend to sign in using chikka messenger. I love using web cam and mic but only to the person i am trusted, i will keep sign web cam. In a newly acquainted in the net i open cam but not long, just a minute and i close it. I am not chatting to my relatives, family or friend because our communication is thru text messaging than chatting in the messenger.

i usually chat on "skype", the common language is english,there are all kinds of people from different countries . but the problem is that some people very disgusting and dirty.it's not easy to find someone really can be your friend, so i often chat with girls

Hello, I use yahoo messenger at yahoo.com. I can talk (voice), too, and don't have to pay for a long distance call. It is really cool. I have my headset on, or you can use a microphone and computer speakers, but I use my headset so no one else can hear the other person talking. There is chat, too. Instant messages. There are games that two people can play while in yahoo messenger, too. Sometimes, my family and I play the games and chat at the same time. You can do a conference, too, where more than two can talk at the same time, out loud talking. There is also bigfishgames.com This is free to sign up, under community (tab up top of page when you go there). My family and friends and I chat and play games at the same time. Hello mermaidivy, I always use Yahoo Messenger to chat with people that I know. If I am looking for a new friend, I will just go to Yahoo chat room and find a good and reliable friend from there. Anyway, it was a long time ago and now, I don't even have time to chat with friends. I don't like ICQ as I feel that most people using that messenger are really looking for 'something' which is really weird to me. For now, I think myLot is one of the best place to look for new friend too.

I'm done chatting with new people in chatrooms. I prefer chatting with people i already know and someone whom i met in social networking sites. Much better if i met them here because i know they can say something with snse. The worse would be chatting in Camfrog. I don't think i can find someone sensible to chat using that software. The ladies are quite aggressive too showing some skin on a public room without any restrictions. I'm using Yahoo Messenger and Miscrosoft Live.

you can find many rooms in yahoo. I used to be in weight loss room but then i quit. I think i am tired chatting with different people everyday. I want friends but you can only call them friends only for 1 day, thats the usual case because the next time you log in, you wont find them anymore. I also tried going to health lobby and many more. Then i stick chatting to my friends and workmates. Chatting is good only if you have good chatmates . hehehehhe happy mylotting and smile always
