Yes, I am. I have only few email notifications for friends who always respond to my discussions....and I do prefer to respond to theirs if I have Mylot time... It is perfectly normal to have personal preferences, based on your values and interests...

Hello mermaidivy, I have this habit- not to let down members who are on my friends list. I try my best to respond to all unless I really do not have anything to say. Since I am online like 2-3 hours a day, I try to catch up with old discussions too which I think you know But I do have few loyal friends here whom I like to respond but unfortunately like me, those friends are spending less time starting discussions here.

When I sign on to my lot I first check out my firends discussions and reply to some of those. I try to respond first to friends that have the courtesy to respond the the few discussions I start as well. To me that is one of the reasons to have friends on mylot. Infact I usually only send friends requests to people that have discussions that interest me for this reason. I don;t have a lot of time online so I try to reply to topics that interest me.

There a number of people on myLot who I do feel post interesting discussion topics consistently. I don't normally respond to a topic because of who it has been started by though, I usually respond because I find it interesting. I do however always see which new discussions have been started by friends though and therefore I am nost active in topics which have been started by friends.

Well, I think I've responded to quite a few of your discussions today - and I've noticed that you write some good and original ones! And usually a lot at a time. . I don't really pay all that much attention. I probably answer 50 per day at least, so after a while, they all blur together. I certainly like responding to my referrals' discussions, though, for obvious reasons!

I am not looking of the member who started the discussion and if I know something about the issue, I have replied to many discussions without even considering about the starter. Because of some discussion started like this, I have decided to look after the members and make friend request to him. My friends list is going on increasing now though I have failed to do so many time.

I have been super busy with life lately and not getting in my computer time so when I get on mylot (and I try to get on and post at least 1 post a day lately I am just addicted) but I dont think it is anyone mylotters discussion that I choose it is usually the discussion caption that catches my attention and somedays I dont even know who started the discussion until I start to reponde to it... so I dont have any favs but I do always go to "friends started" and post there so it is a friends discussion that I am posting too vs. in the "recent" or "new" sections... I figure when I start discussions I see my friends posting so it is only fair that I post back. but this is a great topic since it wasnt something that I was paying attention too...LOL, happy mylotting!!!
