Requested payment from another site!! Check this one out

Hey myLotters,
I've requested a payment of 8.4$ from a site in 2 weeks. Its not a PTC site and not a scam (as I've read many reviews about it).
I want to share it with you all, can't post the link here as it is against the myLot guidelines.

Is that only for US citizens or anyone can login?? How many hours have to spend on that site, do we need to get referrals?? If it works on referrals then no no for me. None of my friends will register and i don't know marketing skills to make others register. Can you please let me know any site where I can make atleast 1 -2 dollars per day anything like data entry or copy pasting stuff???
