Not really make, but more like save

I found this program on Mylot I guess a year or more ago. I haven't "made" money on it, but definitely have saved money using it. It pays cash back through paypal. I have tried so many things to make money online, none of them have worked. I am sure part of it is my fault, but sometimes I feel like people are just so closed minded to the idea. For instance this program I am talking about just makes too much sense, yet every time I tell my friends and close acquaintances about it, they say it is a scam. I pull up my paypal, and say, see, no it isn't. I show them how it works, why it exists, why I use it, and what the end result of me using it is, and they still laugh, its a scam they say. I just don't get it. This brings me to mylot, I understand how you can make money here. I mean, yeah it is not going to be alot, but, still some, and I have friends on Facebook, and they spend hours a day there, but do they join mylot? No!!! What is the deal with people. Are they really brainwashed and think the only way you can make money is by busting your butt for someone else? Or is all this stuff just a pipedream.
