Hi, I am curious. I will like to know about pencil skirt and lining fabrics in skirt. As I know in the pencil skirt, there are lining fabrics, which I will like to know what is the use for it. I will like to know is it true that if a woman is naked legged, which means not wearing any stockings under the skirt, while in an air-conditioned room, the lining fabric in the skirt will provide comfort and cool to the women s' leg. Any ladies out there who can answer my questions. Thanks
