Dear Fellow Mylotter
I believe you are not 100% happy! From your above message, you said that you are 'frustrating'. It means that you are unhappy in one way or another! You may be subconsciously unaware that you have good intentions not to overeat. From time over time, eating has and always been some form of victory rally. A time to celebrate if I may say so. My honest advice to you is to exercise as a form food avoidance. It could be that there are too many food 'attraction' in or around your house. Again, it could also be your are glued to the TV too much and taking snacks excessively. Happiness may be a lure for you to eat more. I do hope that this would somehow help you to solve your problem on overeating. OK? Thanks! Love: Bro. Joe

No kidding sherlock! I am trying to be happy and won't be until I get my weight under control! I have tried for years to and it just keeps getting worse! Hypnonis is my last chance! If you knew me you would be more understanding and would not critize me on what I want to do! You are not helping me but making me feel worse! Thanks for not helping!

Dear Blue
Have you heard the saying 'Don't let the tail wag the dong' Do you think if you reached your weight all your other problems will go away. Believe me, it won't. Professor Raj Pusad, a head shrink, and a visiting lecturer at Gresham College say that even if you reached your goals you still have to face many problems. It won't just disappear into thin air. Solve your other internal and external problems first. Don't make the issue of overweight your whipping boy. By the way, may I know what is your weight, age, height, your waist and your thigh measurements and your nationality. Don't assume that you are overweight. Just get the bolts and nuts in their proper places first. Looking forward to your reply so that I can further assist you. Thanks.Love: Bro. Joe. GBU

Hi, Blue, I'm sorry about your problems. It's bad to wonder what's going on. Last year I suddenly began to lose weight and I wasn't happy because I still can't understand the reason. But I think that you are stressed after all. Maybe the first thing is to calm down. Maybe you should concentrate on something new, even try to work more or, if you can afford it, make a trip or something. Then the fight with your problem would be easier. Good luck.

I am an emotional eater and I can't get it under control. I am always stressed out! If it isn't about money anf bills, its work or something else! I can't afford to take a trip even a day trip! I am planning on trying hypnonis to help me. I can't do it myself and in alot of ways I think it is my last resort.

sounds like your body's craving something it's not getting.
you might try some supplimental vitamins for awhile, and see if it backs off.
certain deficiencies will trigger that occasionally.

there are a lot of factors predisposing to increased appetite... sometimes Premenstrual syndrome can increase your food intake... or maybe your metabolism has increased that's why you tend to be hungry easily... =)

I know it isn't premenstrual syndrome! I had a hysterctomy 2 years ago! I have no idea why this happens! Not a clue!
