I appreciate all member who has a blue star (10) above their avatar. I wonder how much member have it? If you are one of them please share your advice, because I had my red star (9) for quite long, but It's hard to reach blue star level. I already rate all responder, give quality response, suggestion, etc. Is there a way that I missed?

You are good starter earn 9 from your first 100. For me, I just one level below you at the start. I got my yellow as the first, but not for long, just half of hour after that my star color change to red, that's make me glad. But after the red one it's pretty hard to reach upper level. Be patient and keep working, may be that's the key. Oh by the way, is it star level could really change because of inactivity? How many days you're not logged in? You give good information for me, because before you said it, I don't know if it could affecting star reputation.

Same here, I had my red star (9) for so long. I don't really know how one gets a star per se, much more how to gain a higher one but one day I just realized that my star had turn blue already with a "10". I did what you are doing, posted more and rated posts and used smileys and all that. Be patient, you'll get your blue star.

Is that just a luck? Heheh just kidding, so there are no strategy I missed then, oh may be about those smiley thing. I'm not yet getting my 200 posts so I can't use smiley. Is that really significant? For me, sometime that smiley could attract me to give plus rate to a response. My rate now 90/100, and I saw other member who have been rated 95/100 earn their blue star, so that mean I just need 5 more to go.

I started with a violet star, and I had it for the longest time. Now I have a yellow star, and I am happy that my ratings went up. I wasn't sure they ever would, s I just kept posting and being active, and I knew it would finally pay off. Don't worry, you will get it eventually. I would like to have one too, but I am not going to cry about it if I don't get it. I am just happy with the one I have, as it makes me feel god that poeple think enough of me to give me good ratings. I always give good ratings, or I don't rat them at all. I just dont' feel that users desere a negative unless they are dursing and swearing, then maybe yes they do, but otherwise I give all positives. Well, good luck to you and happy mylotting.

That goes for me too, I never rate negative to other people, even there is sometime people who response unpleasant words for me, I just ignore them and not rate them at all. I'm happy too for what I have right now, but still it's good to have blue star isn't it? I don't know what others think about star, may be for some of them the star doesn't mean anything, but for me is like a satisfaction symbol.
