It all depends on what you choose to eat. Meals cooked at home can be just as unhealthy as meals bought at a fst food resturant. If you can afford it and you are making healthy choices at the resturants then it is the same.

Fast foods are cooked fastly, without love and care, sometimes they are nice to consume. Homely food is the best food. If you dont have time to cook then better eat at mess.

I do the same here but you can actually choose your food like healthier ones. NO need to panic about unhealthy food since we have options to choose the food we will buy like vegtables, fruits. Even in supermarket, they sell ready to eat salad or sandwiches. We do this when our kids are in school during daytime. For dinner i usually prepare a good but simple meal to save more.

Yes its not good for you and you will gain weight over a period of time, if you continue to eat fast food. Cooking for one is a big hassle but what I would do is make a few dishes one day and just alternate with the meals. So you are not always eating the fast food. Good luck to you!

I have a bit of a different approach because I think we concentrate way too much on what we're eating instead of what our body is doing with it. Lets say you are extremely active, but you eat food that's high in calories and carbs. Well, that's not bad because your body is using that up. Now if you eat the same foods but sit on the couch all day, that's not good.
You have to consider both things together when you think about what you're eating.
Now, I'm not saying fast food is "healthy" because most of it's not. But if you lifestyle is in tune with it then it's not as bad as if you're not.

Fast food foods are full of cholesterol so that is not advisable to eat, you can eat it but not regularly. With lack of discipline , like lack of exercise we will get some illness by the fats contained in that food. We just have to know what we eat.

Yes it's definately unhealthy, it's ok once in a while for a treat but i wouldn't suggest it all the time, i watch a tv special and it showed how fast food was made and all the negatives to it and i got really grossed out i've actually seen fast food differently

It depends. You eat a lot of food which contains oil and fat and do not exercise, you are bound to get sick, not to mention the bad health conditions. I eat a lot of fast food too, but I ix em up with a lot of sports and such which makes me crave for home made food. I eat both of them regularly and it helps to keep a balance. It's not that fast food is bad. But too much without a limit can be problematic.

Fast foods are good as long as you don't consume them on a daily basis. If your time does not allow you to cook something more elaborate, then the best way to avoid fast foods is by cooking fast foods yourself...I always go for the beef stake, and canned veggies...it works all the time and apart from saving your cholesterol levels, saves you money too. In less than five minutes you can have a fabulous dish without all the unsaturated fats and byproduct you find in the chain production fast food restaurants. Another strategy I use is that of cooking on friday evening before going out...if you are too tired from a long week's work then saturday afternoon makes it for me. All you have to do thoughout the week is to warm up or thaw the food alrealy prepared. It beats the frozen foods you find in the supermarket as those usually are loaded with additives or preservatives...stuff you don't want on your table!

Fast foods always use lot of fat content.fries use loads of oil and pizza and sandwiches use lot of cheese ...and there is no portion control.people always buy some kind of drink to go along with food.soda contains lot of sugar.so it is not at all advisable to eat fast food regularly.
