My $100 CPU, is that expensive already?

I have bought it this at $100. Do you think it is cheap or quite expensive. Any ways, it has 1.6 GHz, 40 GB HD, then , i forgot how much ram it is but it is not much. But i often got problems with this one. Since this is just a second hand CPU. it often freeze and now it even black out on me. i will need to restart it for it to run well or fast again. i just restaretd it a while ago that is why it is running well again and i could use it again now. But no matter theproblem i have with this computer. it have served me well. i could be active in some sites i get to earn. so i already earned back the money i have spent on buying this slow computer. but when i get to earn lots of money. i am planning to buy a quad core computer. that is my dream. and also a very beautiful flat screen monitor. i have seen one on the mall that cost about $150. samsung flat screen monitor. the screen size is quite okay. not that small nor big. but i got or save more money i may buy a bigger monitor. hopefully i can buy that soon.
