Guys, i have heard alot about payoneer. Can anybody tell what this site is all about? I have heard that if you register there, you can get some sort of number which you can use for verifying your paypal account. Is that right? And how about the fees that the website will be charging after registration and when giving you that number? Please respond, because i need to verify my paypal account plus know about this site.
Thank you

Actually they serve internationally. But you can't register from their site directly. Especially for certain country. All you need to do is registering from their merchant. There's some money making website which have using payoneer as their option of payment processor. You can check it out on their website. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

Payoneer is one kind of online bank, which will give you an account if you register. There is no fee to create an account, actually you'll given a debit master card after you finish your registration step, but don't expect to have money on it. The debit card they gave to you has zero balance means there is no money until you fill it up, you could fill your payoneer account balance by credit card or by wire transfer. Some say payoneer can't be used for verifying paypal, but other says it can. I just want to say both of them right, with their own side of view. Basically paypal will charge you approximately $ 2 for verification, although in the end of process they'll return it back to you, paypal just want to know that you have a non-zero balance account. So, when your payoneer account not filled up yet, don't even expect paypal will allow payoneer to verify your paypal account, but in the other side, if your payoneer account have minimun balance larger than $ 2, your payoneer could be the way to verify your paypal account.

Wow, what a nice response. I wanted this info dear flaredust. Can you tell me how to fill your payoneer account? i mean through which way will you be able to deposit in that account? And do they charge you for their service or not? Do they accept international users or just US and Uk? because many sites are just restricted to Us and Uk. Thank you

Just to be more clear. Everyone else's opinion had perfectly onto the target, but i would like to add up lil bit. Payoneer, work a bit different from other similar service that provided prepaid credit/debit card. The different is in the signup process. They dont accept direct signup from their official website: payoneer.com.
Instead, they only receive order from their partner's website. Now, the good news is, you can order eventhough u r living outside US or Europe. And the card will be delivered right to your home. Once u receive it, you need to activate your card. Just got to payoneer.com, select the menu to activate it.
But remember, your payoneer still empty a.k.a no cash in it. Therefore you need to load it. And for this, you just have to be active affiliate on payoneer's partner's website on which u 1st register your payoneer.
To give you brief introductory about options on verifying paypal without using credit card, feel free to drop by my blog at blog4yourmoney[dot]com. And leave any note so that I can contact you directly to your email. I promise I will tutor u on how you can apply for payoneer and how u can load it all for no cost (my tutor is free as well as the way for you to get and load your payoneer).
