Back Pain Remedy

First of all, if the pain is consistent or frequently recurs, it's time for a visit to the doctor--and I mean a back specialist. Home remedies won't do. And do take check ups seriously--back bones are sensitive.
If you're an aged person, never bend your back in full. If you have to pick up something, ask someone to do it for you. Or, bend your knees to lower yourself. And never lift something by bending your trunk. Bend your knees and lift with your shoulders, not back.
If the back pain is new to you, it's probably due to wrong posture, especially when sleeping. Never twist your body permanently when sleeping. Lie on your back or side properly.

I suffer backpain for about three years already and it really is painful especially if I bend my trunk forward and after that if I return to my standing position, it really hurt me badly that i needed to lie down in bed and put a pillow under my trunk. And so, I already consulted a specialist, she's a female she did physical examination but she told me that I had no injury or damage with my spine or back bones and she prescribed me a muscle relaxant so that everytime it hurts i need to take the medication. But sad to say though i take the medication, it still persist and up until now i still suffer from back pain. We'll I guess the medication really didn't work or not the right one and maybe I should need to seek another specialist...huhuhu

hi there chiltacs! if the doc says there's nothing wrong with your back and all you need is a muscle relaxant, then I think i have a remedy for you--if you'd believe it. i'm gonna pray for you--that the back ache leave you forever in Jesus' Name. would you believe that? are you willing to try this "crazy" thing with me? if you are, just reply, and i'll start praying for you regularly.

I have one too. I have mild scoliosis. It's not advisable for me to lift heavy things.
