What Went Wrong For India In World T20?

I don't want to blame any individual regarding India's failure in World T20 tournament. Not even the Captain and the Coach. Since its a team game, no one person can be held responsible. But we should have gone wrong somewhere for sure. What went wrong for India then? Is it our batting, or else our bowling that went wrong? Or else the wrong timing of IPL2 caused fatigue for Indian players? Whether the reason is that we underrated our opponents in the super eights after some low intensity fixtures in group stages? Everything went wrong. They went there with wrong body language. Either they thought they are too much of great and no body can beat them. It was wrong. then there was no planning, no form of any players and so on.
