Do you have a plan with your salary

Before I have a job, i thought to make a plan with my salary. However, when i started to work and got my salary, i found i cannot do what i thought. i cannot control myself. I always use my money as my wish and ofen regret for that. How i should do? could someone help me?

Basically, I pay my bills... so, there's not a lot left over by the end of the month. i have my bills paid by direct debit and allow a set amount for non-essentials each week. If I earned more, I'd have a set amount paid into a savings account each month.. preferably one that required me to give notice before I could make a withdrawal

It is obvious that you are a self-controlled person. I should learn from you. I will make a plan for my salary, such as set a savings account,invent meney in some field. thank you!
