It's a lot like ODesk, you look at the list of jobs available, then you send the "employer" a bid for the job. You tell them how long it will take you to accomplish the task and how much you'd do it for. I do not know anyone who ever earned anything from GetAFreelancer yet because it's so difficult to actually get a job there. However, I do know several people who are earning from ODesk :) Thanks for the response on my discussion :)

Well i know a little about bidding there. All you have to do is to chose a project and bid for the project depending upon the work and the talent you have in doing the project. And then you should also say in how many days you will complete the project and then some details regarding the bid like the talent you have in doing the project. For eg you may be a typist having typing speed of more than 60wpm so you can mention that. And also you can p.m the person who has produced the project.
