do you think drinking and driving laws are too strict?

in my country, as in many others, the allowed limit for blood alcohol is very very low.i mean , no one is even feeling drunk.Your completely sober and the cops come up to you with their breath analysers and say your drunk whats worse is that on first offence u can be fined a huge amount, licence suspended for 6 months and/or 30 days in prison and on second offence they can even suspend ur licence terminally and jail u for 6 months now i know its wrong to drink and drive, but isnt this a little too harsh???? tell me what u think
